Below are the Core Covid Guidelines that we have established for the spring 2023 lacrosse season. 

Core Covid Guidelines:

• We are following current Mountain High School Covid guidelines, so masks are optional for all program activities.   
  • Players are allowed to wear masks during any team activities if they choose.
  • If school guidelines are updated through the season, we will align to those updates.
  • If the league mandates covid guidelines we will align to those mandates.
    • The league guidelines will be our primary focus to ensure we are able to play a full season.  

• Social distancing is recommended when possible.
  • Stretching and throwing
  • Watching drills
  • Water breaks
  • Team huddles and talks 

• If you are not feeling well, stay home from practice.

  • If you have had close contact with someone that is positive or showing symptoms, then you will need to refrain from team activities.

  • The coaching staff reserves the right to send anyone home from practice that shows any possible symptoms (cough, sore throat, running nose)
